Lisa has been qualified as a Pilates matwork and studio instructor for over 10 years now. She has been teaching her own mat classes and teaching in a local studio and now has opened her very own space to teach in.

Since qualifying Lisa has furthered her knowledge by taking more in depth courses in Osteoporosis, Pre and Post Natal and Scoliosis. Lisa regularly attends Pilates conferences to update and refresh her knowledge.

Pilates is great for people who want to build up their core strength, avoid or recover from injury, improve their posture and balance and gain a greater mind and body awareness.
