As the weather is changing and we are all out and about...how would you feel checking in on each other...sadly a lady died and was not found for a short time....check in on people...it takes 5 minutes and potentially breaks that feeling of "isolation" and "no one cares"...Mental wellbeing matters...

Today is World Mental Health Day and this year’s theme is making mental health and wellbeing for all a global priority.

Over the last three years, we have called on organisations to empower employees to bring their whole self to work and support their own and others’ wellbeing.

We have produced a new resource for World Mental Health Day to help you prioritise mental health and wellbeing in your organisation. Our five tips for building a better workplace culture are available as a digital or printable poster.

You can also find the resource on our Instagram page, as a handy carousel post that you can save to your phone for easy reference when you need it.

Join us this World Mental Health Day in raising awareness that making mental health and wellbeing a priority, is good for all.
