New football goals for Kirn PS P7 pupils raising funds to replace football goals leaving a legacy for pupils and community groups

That’s a wrap. 🥅 ⚽️ 🥅
Through wind, rain and hail we got them up last Friday.
1st goal smashed by Ghillie, with thousands more from Kirn Primary School pupils to come.

Thank you to Alan Duff and Graeme Taylor for helping with the lifting and build.💪
And thank you again to all of you amazing donors.

Special thank you to Luke from for the support. Ghillie managed to negotiate a huge discount and extras, meaning even better goals than they had hoped for. 🫶🏻 ⚽️ 🙌

We are planning an official ‘opening’ of the goals. Date to be announced shortly.
All welcome and I’ve heard there may be cake! 🎂

Full-time whistle. Goal smashed. ⚽ 🥅

Apologies for the recent radio silence. Ghillie has been busy behind the scenes speaking to companies and getting quotes!

A huge thank you to everyone who has donated, shared, and cheered from the sidelines. 👏

More details to follow… and then hopefully some shiny new goals incoming soon!

Well, today the 2014s definitely earned the very generous £110 donation from Dunoon Youth Football League 🙌

That’s £10 per goal… yes, ELEVEN goals for these superstars today 💪⚽️

You’ll see from the goal highlights Ghillie, Summer and the whole squad played their hearts out, working brilliantly as a team (as always 👏).

Huge thank you to DYFL for supporting the New football goals for Kirn PS fundraiser.

We’re now at £1,315 of £1,500…..so close we can almost hear the Kirn contingent of DYFL scoring into their new goals🤞🏽💙

We hope all the Cowal kids have a fab February break.

We are so grateful to everyone who has shared our page, donated, and supported us in anyway so far. An AMAZING £1,155 has been raised in less than 4 days!

Thanks to you, we’re getting closer to our ‘goal’!
At this rate we might be able to score some goals in them while still being P7 pupils! 🥳
