Bully lorry driver! I did not pause before i reacted because i was shaken. 🤯

A lorry driver decided to intimidate me by driving his lorry towards my car to move me out the way as he wanted to access the EXIT. 😲

I did react by calling him a bully, i could have said worse but he was using the lorry as his weapon.

Now, i did try and complain. But then i thought....I would be the problem. Even though the garage agreed he was in the wrong the bully with his Narcisstic behaviour would see me as the problem. That is what Narcissists do! 😳

However, i have lived with and supported women to navigate living and leaving bullies. And what i know is
I am not the problem💕
You can't reason with unreasonable💥
Narcissits see their behaviour as acceptable and will only apologise to get what they want🩷

So, after this event i had to remember -
He wanted to intimidate me and he did but what i know is that I was not the problem - he was.👈

I have been doing alot of practicing what i preach " inhaling peace, exhaling and releasing".🫶

What is the Nervous System?🤔

There are 2 main parts in the Autonomuc Nervous System -
🌟Sympathetic
🌜Parasympathetic

The sympathetic NS is turned on when our body feel uner threat.😬
The parasympathetic will come into action when our body needs to calm down and heal.🙂

This is great, BUT, if you are constantly living in a way that you can not find space to move back to the "rest and digest" from "fright and flight" you will feel
Anxious😒
irritable😮‍💨
upset gut😷
heightened emotions🤨
wired but tired🤯

Tomorrow i will share a short practice to allow your body a chance to exhale and find true rest.💕
