Hi, it’s been a while I’m coming but I finally got the opportunity to teach Taekwondo at Dunoon Primery school. This was part of there healthy Week. Ran 3 classes and it looked like everyone loved it. It was good to teach new skills to the children. Loved it.

Hi, I thought I would share some Gladiator news. Who Watched Gladiators on Saturday Evening (22nd Feb 25)? Well the Asian woman (Aneila) was one of my Taekwondo students. She joind my club way back in 2004. She gaind her black belt through the club and then went on to develop a very sucessful Taekwondo career. Photo of Anelia with myself 14 yars ago uppon gaining her first dan. I really do hope that she wins Gladiators, as i know just how hard she worked to be come the person she is today.
