Dunoon Police 5-a-sides This page is designed to help publicise the Dunoon Police 5-a-side football tournament which runs every June. For under 8s up to adults.

Saturday 4th - Sunday 5th June 2016. 9am start both days. Under 8s to Under 16s on Saturday, Over 18s, Under 35s and Over 35s on Sunday.

£30 entry fee per team, maximum 6 players per team.

We just want to thank everyone for turning up and participating yesterday even with the horrendous weather! Without all your support we would not be able to continue running the event!!

Event will kick off at 10am sharp, registrations from 9.15am at the police van. £30 cash payment required, no other forms of payment available. No payment means you will not play.

There are 21 teams in total, we thank you all for your support and look forward to seeing you there. Grandstand will be open to keep your stuff dry during the forecast rain.

What a day for the Primary School Athletics and 5 a sides!!

We just want to say a massive thank you to everyone that turned up today to participate!! You all done amazing!!

We also want to thank Dunoon Grammar School pupils and staff for helping us run the event smoothly!

Thanks to all our teachers and spectators for turning up and cheering the children on!!

And for ONCE the weather was good (well mostly)!

SATURDAY EVENT CANCELLED ‼️‼️

Unfortunately we have only had 3 team entries for under 16s football on Saturday 6th June, which means we have had to cancel the event.

As you will understand we are unable to run an event with only 3 team entries.

We will be back next year to try again and hopefully get the event up and running for everyone!

Closing date for entries will be Thursday 4th of June 2026!

Registration 9:15am, for kick off at 10am!

6 players per team, £30 entry fee required on the day.

So far we only have 1 entry for the Under 16s on Saturday 6th June and 11 entries for the Adults on Sunday the 7th of June.

Obviously, as it stands it looks like Saturday will be getting cancelled again this year.

As of Sunday, we will run to the closing date and see how many entries we get. We would like to at least have 16 teams! So if you haven’t already, please submit your teams via the online form!!
