Hi all

The Introduction to Open Water Swimming session is now fully booked.

It's amazing to see all the interest in people wanting to start outdoor swimming!

In order to keep the group size small, places have been limited, however I plan to run another session soon. For those who have already contacted me, I'll keep you posted and for any others interested in a future date, just send a message or email to [email protected]

Cheers 😊

A one to one coaching session on a moody day in Loch Eck with a regular swimmer who felt she was putting in a lot of effort but not getting anywhere. Discovering it's not always about working harder, sometimes it's about relaxing more....my kind of philosophy 😊
