It’s certainly bright…. and it’s definitely breezy!!! Game 1 of the 2026 Dunning Ladies Greensomes Open are on the first tee. Good luck to all participants. The course is in great condition and the Tee Room in full throttle in case you need a hot bowl of soup when you finish.

It is with regret that we inform you the course will be closed today, Saturday, and the prospects for tomorrow are not optimistic. The 5th tee has undergone renovations to provide a larger teeing area and a slightly different angle to the green.
The attached picture may be the only golfing opportunity available this weekend.

Colin Montgomerie was a lucky man that day when atrocious weather cancelled the exhibition match against the best players Dunning Golf Club had to offer at that time😃. Who remembers the year?

Unfortunately, the course will remain closed today, with tomorrow still in doubt.

The course is currently saturated following the heavy rainfall. An inspection will take place at 07:30 on Saturday; however, it is very unlikely that play will be possible.
