BARBELLS is your sign to get strong with ((BOUNCE)) 💪

A full-body, strength-based session using a barbell and weight plates, performed both on the ground and on the trampoline for an extra burn.

Think powerful compound moves, sculpting sequences and that feel-good energy you only get from training in a group. This is strength training, but make it fun, musical and motivating.

From standing lifts to kneeling and lying work on the trampoline, BARBELLS challenges your body in all the right ways. You’ll leave feeling stronger, more confident and seriously proud of yourself.

It can be scary to start something new, especially getting back on a trampoline for the first time in years. You might be worried about your fitness levels, wobbly bits, not knowing anyone or getting the moves wrong. But you’ve got to start somewhere - don’t let being a beginner stop you!!

At ((BOUNCE)) we focus on making fitness fun with our vibrant and exciting classes, and all of our classes are suitable for beginners. Our are friendly and non-judgemental, our instructors are welcoming and motivating. So come prepared to have a laugh and try something new.

⁠It can take 3-4 classes to really get the feel of the trampoline and feel comfortable and confident jumping on an unstable surface. We always give high and low options in all our classes, to accommodate all fitness levels too 🙌⁠

Anything in life takes practice but once you get that technique you’ll be flying! 🚀⁠

Is one of your 2026 goals to move your body more and enjoy exercise? We hear you….

((BOUNCE)) is high-intensity cardio routines performed to BANGING TUNES 🎶 on mini trampolines…. So a bit like a rave/party but with no late nights!!!

High-intensity / low impact / banging tunes / feel good vibes / levels to suit all fitness abilities…. What more could you want from a workout?!?! Oh, did we also tell you that 10 minutes of ((BOUNCE)) is the equivalent of a 30 minute run - so we work smarter, not harder!!!

We have classes 3 days a week:

3 tips for first-timers 👋
1️⃣ Arrive 5–10 minutes early so we can run through the basics and help you choose a trampoline you feel comfortable on.
2️⃣ Choose your level! We’ll demo easier options and different intensity levels, so you can work at your own pace.
3️⃣ Have fun! 🎉

It’s totally normal to feel a little uncomfortable or uncoordinated in your first few classes — the most important thing is to enjoy your workout and keep moving 💪✨
