Your age was never the thing holding you back. 🧡

The story you keep telling yourself is.

"I'm too old to start." "It's too late for me." "My body won't change now."

I hear it all the time — usually from the women who go on to surprise themselves the most. Because those beliefs will stop you long before your age ever could.

The women I see getting stronger in their 40s, 50s, 60s and beyond aren't gifted athletes. They haven't got more time or less on their plate than you. They simply stopped treating their age as an excuse… and started treating it as the reason.

A reason to protect their health. A reason to build strength that keeps them independent. A reason to feel good in their own skin again.

Your body is listening to what your mind believes. So change the story:

I can get stronger. I can feel better. I can start today.

Because the moment you believe it's possible, you start showing up like it is — and that's where everything changes. 💪

4 weeks in and the Summer Reset group have now lost an incredible 133.5lbs between them. 👏🧡

But what I'm most proud of isn't the number on the scales. It's the women who kept going despite sickness in the house.

The women who showed up when motivation was low.
The women who got back on track after birthdays, weekends away and busy schedules.
The women who are drinking more water, eating more protein, moving more and building habits that will last long after these 6 weeks are over.

Progress isn't about being perfect.

It's about showing up, making better choices and keeping going when life gets in the way.

So proud of every single one of you. Let's keep the momentum going for the final 2 weeks. 💪🔥🧡

What a weekend! 🔥🧡

A massive well done to all the ladies who took on Metrix Cardiff this weekend.

For many, it meant stepping outside their comfort zone, trying something new, and challenging themselves in a completely different environment.

The support, encouragement and team spirit throughout the weekend was incredible to see.

So many laughs, plenty of memories made, and a fantastic weekend spent with a great group of women.

Every one of you should be proud of yourselves.

My relationship with movement has changed so much over the years. 🧡

The way I train now looks nothing like it did a decade ago — and I wouldn't have it any other way.

For so long I thought fitness had to look a certain way. A certain plan, a certain body, a certain "before I'm allowed to start." But life as a woman is never linear, and your training doesn't have to be either. Busy weeks happen. Energy dips. Hormones, the school run and family life pull you in every direction.

Learning to bend movement around real life — instead of forcing real life around movement — is what actually keeps you consistent.

The biggest change for the women I coach is never just the number on the scales. It's mental. When you stop chasing what a workout "should" look like and start noticing how good it makes you feel, everything shifts. Your confidence grows, your habits last, and the whole thing feels lighter.

That's the kind of fitness that sticks for life. Save this for the days you forget. 🧡

So many women put it off because they think they need to be fitter, lighter, or "more of a gym person" before they begin. You don't.

You can modify every move. You can stop and catch your breath. You can have no clue what you're doing on day one — that's exactly what we're here for.
