SÒ Active - OVER 60's starting June 1st

10am - 10.50am every Monday !!

A gentle and supportive Reformer Pilates class designed specifically for over 60s. Improve mobility, balance, posture and strength in a safe and welcoming environment. Expect low-impact movements, guided stretching, light resistance work and exercises to help support everyday movement and overall wellbeing.
