🚨 Weekend warrior?

Good as gold Monday to Friday…

Then Saturday lands.

A few glasses of wine.
A takeaway.
A brunch.
A “sure it’s the weekend” mentality.

The moment things start to click,
You feel better. Lighter.
Your jeans aren’t cutting you in two anymore.

People notice.
“You look amazing!”
“What are you doing?”

And instead of that pushing you forward, it throws you.

You ‘treat’ yourself.
You ease off.
You tell yourself: I’ve got this now.

And before you know it…
The weight’s creeping back on.
The habits are sliding.
You’re back at square one - again.

Sound familiar?

You’re not broken.
You’re not weak.

This is a subconscious sabotage pattern I see all the time.
Smart, capable women, wrecking their results the second it starts working.

Belly fat down. BMI down. Confidence up.

And no… she didn’t put her life on hold to get these results.

We built a plan around her busy schedule and made it work in the real world.

This frozen strawberry daiquiri contains 600 calories.

That’s more calories than many steak, spud and veg dinners.

And before anyone says, “Sure it’s only strawberries and ice…”

It’s not.

What sends the calories through the roof is all the extras.

The sugar syrups.

The sugar liqueurs.

The rum.

The mixers.

The sweeteners.

Layer upon layer of liquid calories.

Before you know it, you’re drinking the calorie equivalent of a full meal through a straw.

The scary part?

Most women would never sit down and knowingly eat 600 calories before dinner.

But they’ll happily sip it over a conversation and not think twice.

Now, am I saying don’t have the cocktail?

Absolutely not.

I love a frozen daiquiri on holiday.

But if fat loss is your goal, you need to know where your calories are coming from.

Because you could have several vodka Diet Cokes for a fraction of the calories.

This isn’t about never drinking.

It’s about making informed choices.

The salad isn’t the problem.

The baked potato isn’t the problem.

Sometimes it’s the innocent-looking cocktail that’s quietly adding hundreds of calories to your day.

🍹 Enjoy the cocktail.

Just don’t pretend it’s a health drink because it has strawberries in it.

Not in the gym.
Not by giving up chocolate.
Not by surviving on salads and misery.

She simply stopped guessing.
