We have no less than 3 all Ireland pole dance champions and 3 world pole sports championships competitors in our studio, with numerous top three placed competitors. We can take you to the top of the game with specific focus on fitness, skills and titles but equally we run fun, recreational classes where the focus is to build confidence, enjoy the social factor, have a dance, team building and gene

rally restoring you to you! We firmly believe that there is a goddess within everyone, we can help release that! Here at Barbelles we help you to believe in yourself, to be the best that you can be, to teach you skills, not just for class but that will spill over into everyday life and help you to be the most amazing version of you! We are available for hire at corporate events, parties, weddings etc to provide pole or burlesque routines and have one of the very few male burlesque troupes in Ireland to compliment our female troupe. We can run birthday parties, hen and stag parties, team building days and even one day retreats to make your event even more special. Students have noted that after only one class, they stand taller, feel lighter, feel impassioned.
