What a day!! ☀️💪

A huge thank you to the team at TWHQ - Total Workout for hosting us, an incredible morning of training, coffee, music & plenty of laughs.

There’s something special about getting out of your usual surroundings, meeting like-minded people and remembering what fitness is really all about.

Community.
Connection.
Having fun while challenging yourself.

The sun showed up, the DJ kept the energy high & our members absolutely smashed it.

Safe to say... we’re already asking one question...

Seeing these photos side by side is really special 🥹🩷

The first photo was taken in 2024 with just 5 mums. Just 5 mums, showing up for themselves, bringing their little ones along and taking those first steps back into fitness.

The second photo was taken this year.
Over 20 mums, countless friendships formed, confidence rebuilt and a community that continues to grow.

We always knew there was a need for a safe space where mums could ease themselves back into fitness, meet other mums and feel supported. What we didn’t realise was just how special it would become 🩷

Looking at these two photos side by side is a reminder that it’s never really been about the workouts.
It’s about connection. It’s about support. It’s about having a place where mums feel welcome.

We’re incredibly proud of what this class has become and grateful to every mum who has been part of the journey so far.
