I lost over 3 kg of muscle & bone in 10 days and it wrecked me. Here’s what it taught me 👇🏻
Caught a brutal flu, bed ridden for 6 days, skipped our epic Cornwall retreat, and watched my strength plummet 20–40%. Even Zone 2 cardio felt like all out sprints. After two weeks back in the gym, the numbers were brutal:
• –5 body comp score
• –3 kg muscle & bone
• –3 kg fat (yes, “good” fat too)
• Phase angle at its lowest ever

I’m a healthy 30 year old with data in the top 0.1–1% and I still got flattened. Imagine being 55… or 65. Would you bounce back?

💪 Transformation achieved. When Colin Jacobs first set foot in our HQ back in Sept 2024, he was in poor health. Any physical task proved difficult – but now, just 6 months later – he’s a man transformed!

As of March 2025:

🚵‍♀️ VO2 Max from bottom 25th percentile to top 25th
📉 All-cause mortality decreased by 400%
🔥 13kg body fat lost
👨 Metabolic age drop of almost 2 years
