This is a taster of what’s to come, with an evening class coming soon👀

Early morning risers, get ready for a strength-based Pilates workout designed to energise you for the day ahead.

✨ Pilates Sculpt combines traditional Pilates with strength training for a full-body workout.

Think:
• Pilates-inspired movements for core strength and posture
• Light weights and resistance for muscle tone
• Low-impact but challenging
• Designed to leave you feeling stronger, more energised, and ready for the day ahead.

📅 Personal training spaces are limited and available Monday–Saturday.

My classes are a safe and welcoming space to move your body, reset your mind, and take some time for yourself. There's no judgement, just support, encouragement, and a bit of fun along the way. ✨

🕯️ Sunday Candlelit Pilates Session 🕯️

A full house this morning at 8:30am as we reset and welcomed the new month of June with movement and mindfulness.

Using our Pilates circles and flowing through a full-body Pilates sequence, we focused on:
✨ Thoracic twists to improve spinal mobility and release tension
✨ Pelvic floor and core engagement for strength and stability
✨ Connecting breath with every movement to enhance control and awareness

A huge thank you to everyone who continues to support and attend our Pilates sessions, as well as those who have recently joined us. Your support is truly appreciated 🥰

Our new block of classes starts this week:

📅 Wednesday 10th June – 9:30am
📅 Thursday 11th June – 6:45pm

Looking to improve your fitness, strength, mobility, and overall wellbeing? We have a range of classes available to suit all abilities in a friendly and supportive environment.

💪 Female Fitness & Strength
📅 Mondays & Wednesdays

Our 30-minute full-body workouts combine:
🏋️ Strength training
🔥 Endurance exercises
❤️ Cardiovascular fitness
💪 A mix of weights and bodyweight exercises

Classes take place in a private gym environment and are designed to suit all fitness levels, with options available for everyone.

🧘 Pilates
📅 Sundays, Mondays, Wednesdays & Thursdays

Our Pilates classes focus on:
✨ Improving mobility
✨ Building core strength
✨ Enhancing balance and stability
✨ Increasing flexibility and movement quality

Classes incorporate a variety of Pilates equipment and are suitable for all abilities, with exercises progressed or regressed to match individual needs.

We have now completed Week 4 of our Sunday and Monday Pilates classes.✨
The new block for these classes will begin on:

• Sunday 14th June at 8:30am - Pomeroy Hub📍
• Monday 15th June at 7:15pm - Pomeroy Hub📍

Our Wednesday and Thursday classes will finish their current block this week, with the new block continuing from next week:

• Wednesday 10th June at 9:30am- Studio📍
• Thursday 11th June at 6:45pm- Pomeroy Hub📍

Please note there will be a one-week break later in the month for the Wednesday and Thursday classes.💫
