We opened up the new season for OT with The Ulster Grand Prix in memory of Paddy Coyle RIP. We certainly didn't anticipate a record attendance of 43 guns. We were honoured to welcome two of Paddy's family, Elaine & Ryan. Ballinode Seafoods & Derek Burnett were very generous in their sponsorship. Elaine informed us that her brother and his wife recently had a new addition to the family and the baby's name is Patrick, a perfect choice.
There were plenty of good scores on the board and a few 25's. High Gun went to Nick McCarthy with a solid 95. Just a point behind was Darren O'Hagan on 94 winning Class C. Derek Burnett & Wayne Byrne shared Class A with 93. Class B was won by Scott Magill on 91. Also scoring 91 was junior shooter Donal Gallagher who won Class D, helped by one of the 25's. A massive word of thanks to all those who made the journey and to Paddy's family members who attended. The record turnout shows how much the shooting community respected the gentleman who was Paddy Coyle. May he rest in eternal peace.

On Sunday 13th Sept we open up the OT season with the Ulster Grand Prix - a cup presented by and in memory of our dear friend Paddy Coyle RIP. Normal entry times 10am to 11am.
DTL practice also available. The Thursday afternoon practice continues until the end of October.
