Blood Sweat & Tears Blood Sweat and Tears (BST) are an Extreme Running club who take part and organise obstacle courses,

We organise and compete in a range of sporting challenges including; trail running, 10k challenges, Ironman, Decaman, triathlons, hill running, mountain walking, obstacle courses, coasteering...........

Calling all Irish OCR races 🇮🇪

We want to see Ireland represented at the OCR World Championships in Limerick in August 2026 — and we want the wider Irish OCR community involved in helping make it happen.

This will be the final OCR World Championships under FISO governance, so it’s a big one.

If you’d like to support the event, we’re looking for:

- Sponsors
- Obstacle providers
- Race organisers who can contribute obstacles or support elements

It doesn’t need to be some crazy technical rig either — carries, walls, climbs, crawls and other obstacle elements are all welcome.

Let’s build something worthy of a World Championships, right here in Ireland.
