7 years ago I opened a female-only PT studio with a lot of passion, a few dumbbells and absolutely no idea how many hats a gym owner would wear. 😂
Since then there have been early mornings, late nights, cancelled sessions, endless admin and more coffee than I’d like to admit 👀
But there’s also been strong women, amazing transformations, confidence gained, friendships formed and a community I’m so proud of 💕
To every woman who has trained with us over the last 7 years, thank you for keeping this dream alive. Your support means everything.
Running a small business isn’t always easy but creating a space where women feel comfortable, supported and strong has made every challenge worth it.
Here’s to 7 years of Active by Aoibhinn and the amazing women who make it what it is.
