A few months in. Already a different woman. 💛
And she's not even done yet.

Alright ladies 💛✨

Quick check-in on one of my clients who's training for her big day 💍👰‍♀️
This is only a few months in, so it's not the final "after" yet… but you can already see the change 💪📸

And it hasn't been anything mad.
No extremes. No silly diets. No living on lettuce 🙅‍♀️🥗

It's been:
🏋️‍♀️ learning to train properly (so she's not doing everything wrong and getting nowhere)
🎯 a plan that actually progresses week to week
🍽️ normal food, just better choices most of the time
📆 showing up consistently, even when she couldn't be bothered 😅✅

My client wants to be a good bit leaner for the day, and we're staying steady with it 🔥📈

Maybe the routine went out the window a wee bit 😅
Later nights. Different food. Less movement.
And now that voice kicks in — "Right, I need to sort myself out." 😬

If you're in perimenopause or menopause, go easy on yourself 🙏
Your body doesn't need a big dramatic reset.

It just needs a gentle start back 🌿
A wee bit of movement 🚶‍♀️
A wee bit of strength 💪
Something you can actually keep up.

What would feel doable today? 🤔
Even 10 minutes. A wee walk. A few moves at home.

Easter weekend doesn’t need to turn into a write-off 🐣

If you’re in perimenopause, you’ll know it’s not just “willpower”.
Cravings can feel louder. Energy can dip. And your body can feel a bit unpredictable.

So here’s the reminder for this weekend 🌿
You can enjoy Easter and still feel in control of your body.

A few small choices will carry you far:
🍫 Have the chocolate, but slow it down
🥚 Get some protein in first
👟 Get out for a walk, even 10 minutes
💧 Water before the second coffee

Nothing extreme.
Nothing to “make up for”.
Just steady.

Why I’m training as a menopause coach 👇

Over the years, I’ve worked with so many women who quietly say the same thing:🗣️

🗣️I don’t recognise my body anymore.

😮‍💨 Training feels harder
😴 Recovery takes longer
🤕 Little aches appear out of nowhere
🤷‍♀️ Confidence feels different

And too often, women are told to just push through 💥
Train harder. Do more. Ignore it.

That never sat right with me 🤍

Because menopause isn’t a lack of discipline.
It’s a huge physiological change — and women deserve better support.

That’s why I’m currently training to become a menopause coach 📚✨
So I can better understand what’s happening inside the body — and make sure the training I offer is supportive, informed, and realistic.

This learning is already shaping how I coach women at Fit.Fab.Lab 💛
💪 Smarter strength
🧘‍♀️ More focus on mobility and recovery

I’ll always stay in my lane.

Do you stretch after your workout —
