Another great turn out last night 😊
Thats just over 21k in 2 weeks huge well done to all 💪

Its great to see people using these walks obviously to improve there health and fitness💚 but maybe to just get a break from the kids, from your partner, clear your head or just get some fresh air because your stuck in an office all day! The list is endless as are the benefits which i know by everyone when they complete and we chat, the mood is always great after some exercise!

Its the most underprescribed drug for anything in my eyes!!!
Helps your mental health, helps your physical health, helps with confidence and you get to make new friends 😊
The list is endless i promise😉

So i think we are creating something really great here and i hope everyone thats attended so far is reaping the rewards ❤️
