What a transformation for 🚀
Conor set out with a goal to lose weight, tone up, and boost his overall fitness. And the results speak for themselves… he absolutely smashed it, achieving an astounding 14kg / 30lb weight loss! 🤯📉
Our focus? Sustainability, all the way. We honed in on a calorie deficit, coupled with two structured weekly workouts, football training, and those all-important weekly weigh-ins for accountability.
