ADCC weekend 🔥

6 athletes. 5 medals.

🥈🥉 2 Intermediate medals

We had 4 athletes competing in the Professional division, which is an incredible achievement for such a young team. We now have 2 Professional champions and around 6 Professional ADCC medals overall.

More than anything, we’re incredibly proud of our students and the work they continue to put in every day.

A special mention to our 3 girls who competed this weekend. Seeing them step onto the mats and represent the team was amazing. ❤️

This weekend was also special for another reason, for the first time, we had our little pop-up shop for the açaí brand we’re building Raizful Premium Brazilian Açaí . Seeing so many people stop by, support us and share in this journey meant so much.

Thank you to ADCC Ireland, everyone who came by, and especially all of our students. You’re the reason we get to live this dream and build a life around Jiu-Jitsu.

What a weekend for our Brooks Kids and Teens at ADCC 🥋🔥

A small team of just 6 competitors travelled a long way from home and came back with an incredible 3rd place in the overall team standings!

A huge shoutout to everyone who competed. We could not be more proud of every single one of you ❤️

Some of these guys only started training this year, and to see how much they have progressed already is amazing. They train hard every week, push each other every single day and honestly, they are some of the best training partners each other could ask for.

The results are amazing, but what makes us even more proud is the work, commitment and support they show each other every week.

Well done guys! You represented Brooks amazingly and we are so proud of you all 🥹❤️

🏆 Grapple City Ulster Open – 28th June 2026 🏆

For the second year in a row, Brooks brought home the Team Champion trophy at the Grapple City Ulster Open in Newry.

We’re incredibly proud of every student who stepped onto the mats. Everyone performed brilliantly, and it’s inspiring to see how much our team continues to evolve.

One of the highlights of the day was seeing athletes from every part of the gym competing together, our morning, afternoon and evening classes, along with our kids and teens programmes. Watching everyone push each other to improve while supporting one another throughout the day is exactly what makes Brooks special.

Congratulations to everyone who competed, coached, supported and represented the team. Thank you for your hard work and commitment. Seeing our students grow, both on and off the mats, is what it’s all about.

Second year in a row. The juice is worth the squeeze. 💙🏆
