🥰SEE EVERY OBSTACLE AS AN OPPORTUNITY🥰

This is a long one to read, If you care and want to read a bit of my background about my injuries, sporting and gym career, here it is.

A few people were asking me how this is my 4th operation on my knees and how the previous injuries happened, so Iv decided to give a background story of my injuries and how my life has went like this. It turned out a longer post than expected, but writing it has made me realise what all Iv achieved and has made me very grateful🙌

Therese is a busy mum of 3, who never misses her 6am class twice a week👏 This was achieved while still enjoying her nights out and no restrictions🍷🍫

With having 3 children she was always conscious of her weight and now 2 stone down says she’s never felt this good😍 She’s feeling good and looking good and is loving living healthier and happier🤩

🤕OPERATION NUMBER 4🤕

*My Operation has been brought forward to this Tuesday*

Next week I head for yet another knee operation. The luck definitely hasn’t been with me when it has came to my knees. 3 on my right knee and this is the first and hopefully last one on my left🥴

Iv took it as life’s way of telling me to slow down, in a rather painful way🤒
Can’t wait to get Tuesday over, start rehab and get myself back to doing what I do best 🏋🏻‍♀️
So I’ll be out of the gym for a short while, but I’ll be back in no time to see all my lovely clients and welcome some new faces!
