Hi all, the time has come for me to step away from sports massage for a while. Work life balance and my own training has taken a back seat this last 5 years. Therefore the last day of Rocovery will be 30th September 2025.
Apologies for the short notice I’ll be working right up until then if anyone wants to move an appt forward I’ll try my best to accommodate.
Anyone with vouchers if you could get in touch I’ll get you in pre then.
Lastly thank you to everyone who made Rocovery possible I not only met clients but made friends.
Also a huge thank you for all the support and a home for Rocovery this last 5 years.
I’ll still be training at Nova fitness club so pop in and join me in a wod. 💪🏻 R
