Self defence is something we often overlook in today's society and can be one of the biggest assets anyone can have to defend themselves if the need arises.

Not only do we teach you some real life self defence scenarios but we condition your body and mind to overcome all types of situations that arises through life.

Why not give it a try and see for yourself how we can teach you some very important skills.

From myself and the entire Vault Team, Thank you for your continued support! Onwards and upwards for us all in 2022!

This is amongst the most important posts to all Vault members and supporters.

We thank every single one of you who for two years demonstrated resilience in the face of a once in a lifetime pandemic. Vault continued to function throughout and was UK/Ireland-leading in delivering safe and legal training.

Our motto ‘Vires Ex Adversis’ - Strength from adversity, was more than adopted head-on.

Vault is now operating without any restrictions other than common sense. Classes are already packed with beginners which is great to see, and we encourage others who haven’t been able to train to re-polish your skills.

2022 will be a fantastic year and there is a lot planned ahead at Vault.

With the world opening up fully, now is the time to retake your life and get back to training!
