My journey began in the demanding environment of the British armed forces, where I learned the values of excellence, precision, and discipline at the highest level. Although I had to leave following a harsh twist of fate, I immediately transitione

When we are born, we are pre-programmed for survival, not to be happy.

That is why, although they are bad for us, poor lifestyle choices make us feel safe because they are familiar.
