The Dunfermline U16 girls travelled to Garioch for their first game of the season, with plenty of excitement and a few nerves especially for the many girls playing their first-ever game for Dunfermline.
From the first whistle, the girls showed fantastic determination and team spirit. There were some great tackles, excellent line breaks and plenty of moments where the girls showed just how much they have been learning and developing as a team.
The girls never gave up and continued to work hard right until the final whistle. There were lots of positives to take from the game, and it was brilliant to see the girls supporting and encouraging each other throughout.
Most importantly, despite the challenges of the game, the girls were still smiling, laughing and enjoying themselves.
A great first outing for the U16 girls. 💙🤍🏉
