A great day out at Perth Bridge Cafe last Saturday, congratulations to the organisers. It was another successful event. We’re already looking forward to next year’s event - date for the diaries - Saturday 28th August 2027.

BRIDGE ACES THANK TRUST FOR NEW TROPHY
Star players Wendy Owen (left) and Agnes Munro of Dunfermline Bridge Club are raising a cup to the Carnegie Dunfermline Trust, after winning the brand new Andrew Carnegie Trophy.
The Trust kindly agreed to fund a replacement for their original trophy, awarded 40 years ago but now unable to accommodate any more winners' names.
Wendy and Agnes were presented with the trophy at the club's recent AGM and prizegiving ceremony. They trumped 11 other pairs over two nights and 48 hands.
