Nicola started working with me a month before the chaos started early last year, initially we were doing personal training on the gym floor then had to transition into a combination of online coaching and outdoor personal training sessions.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Nicola’s goal when she first committed to the coaching process was simply to be fit enough to last 10 minutes on the Rugby pitch as she had recently joined Dunfermline Rugby Club. Personal training has really allowed her to surpass that goal and achieve more than what she expected of herself.

From breathing practices combined with aerobic training and bodyweight exercises on the gym floor, she was able to adapt to at home, outdoor and online coaching which allowed her to continue progressing towards her goals and is now the strongest, fittest and most importantly happiest she has ever been physically.

I knew that improving her mindset and mental health was one of Nicola’s main goals behind working with me outside of the physical transformation. Nicola is now medication free and armed with a transformed mindset and education on health practices, a better relationship with food and further education on food choices to continue fuelling her physical and mental health to be at her best whilst working towards her future goals.
