Relax Kids Dunfermline & West Fife Welcome to Relax Kids Dunfermline and West Fife. I teach children, teens and adults how to develop the skills to be confident, calm, focused and relaxed.

Our mission is to bring to Dunfermline and West Fife a fun and exciting way to promote positivity and good mental health! We run unique classes that take children on fantastic magical adventures each week while teaching them emotional literacy, resilience, confidence, self esteem and also give them skills in mindfulness, meditation and relaxation techniques so that they are able to cope with whate

ver life may throw at them. One to one or family sessions are available on request. We also offer workshops for local schools and nurseries that fulfill and enhance the Health and Wellbeing Experiences and Outcomes. In time we hope to also offer classes for babies, teens and adults.
