There’s a lot that goes on behind the scenes to make PF10 what it is.

But honestly… it’s all worthwhile when you have a community like this. ❤️

A group of people who turn up, work hard, support each other, have a laugh and push each other to be better.

Today was a tough one — but incredibly rewarding, and dare we say… fairly enjoyable too! 😂

👶💪 PF10 PARENT CLASSES — TRAIN TOGETHER, BELONG TOGETHER! ❤️

For the last 3 YEARS, our PF10 Parent Classes have been helping mums, dads and little ones stay active, meet new people and become part of an amazing community! 🙌

These classes are designed for parents who want to train with their baby or toddler beside them, while also being surrounded by a group of like-minded parents who understand exactly what it’s like trying to fit training around family life.

No pressure. No judgement. No need to worry if your little one needs attention during the session. ❤️

Just great training, great people and a brilliant atmosphere!

We’ve got some fantastic news…

St John Scotland have approved our request for a publicly accessible defibrillator to be installed outside the gym. 🙌

It will be connected 24/7 and available to our members, visitors and the wider community.

Now we need to raise the funds to make it happen. 💪

And what better way than a PF10 FUNDRAISER DAY + CHRISTMAS NIGHT OUT! 🎄🥳

There are approximately 70 cardiac arrests every week in Scotland.

We want to help protect our members, our families and the wider community by putting a 24/7 publicly accessible defibrillator right outside the gym.

This isn’t just about PF10.

It’s about potentially giving someone a second chance.

Every pound raised gets us closer to making this happen.

And if we raise more than is needed, the remaining funds will be donated to a local charity. ❤️

Our PF10 HYROX Simulation is all about pushing ourselves, having a great time and, most importantly, the amazing community that makes events like this possible.

These events simply wouldn’t happen without our members stepping up to help — whether that’s setting up, supporting teams, keeping things moving or helping create the atmosphere.

But we also feel that goodwill alone isn’t enough. We genuinely value each and every one of you, and we want to show our appreciation by rewarding your support. ❤️

🎉 WELCOME TO THE 750 CLUB! 🎉

A huge round of applause for the one and only Sharon, who has officially completed an incredible 750 classes at Pilmuir Fitness 10! 💪🏅

Sharon has been with us since we first opened our doors in May 2023, and from day one she has shown what commitment, consistency and determination look like. She never misses a class, always gives 100%, and is the first to lend a hand—whether that’s helping put the equipment away or supporting fellow members.

“BOXRapid without hesitation, but I also enjoy the strength training at Battle-Bells.”

💬 What do you enjoy most about the gym?
“I’ve had a challenging time recently and the gym and people have really helped with my mental health. The friendship and the support has been great. I also enjoy training with fellow members who help to keep me accountable.”
