Just a quick reminder for everyone - there is no Zumba this Saturday (29th of August)! We are having a cheeky little day off!
I am up north visiting friends and Katie is going to support her husband in his next challenge - the Coal Race on Kelty this Saturday x Have the best week and see you all on the 5th of September 2026! Booking will be opened later this week x

🌹 SOPHIA ROSE COAL RELAY 2026 🌹

Today is the day our Katie takes part in the 4th Sophia Rose Coal Relay — a special event that brings our community together to remember the babies who are forever in our hearts. This includes Katie and Fraser’s little girl - Hope! ❤️💛

The Sophia Rose Coal Relay was established in 2023 by Mr Fox, after he heard that Sophia Rose Carnwath was born eternally sleeping.

📅 Sunday 26th July 2026
⏰ 12 noon
📍 The Glen, Dunfermline

Over the years, funds raised have supported organisations including Held in Our Hearts, Molly's Memory, Richmond's Hope, Remember My Baby, Andy's Man Club and the Maternity Unit. But just as importantly, the relay has created a space for people to come together, remember and keep the names and memories of our babies alive. 🌹 �

Because you all continue to support our community class, we have been able to make a donation to this event which is amazing! The whole reason our class is such a success! The ability to support our individual physical and mental health while being able to support local charities in their goals!

Good evening to you all! Happy Sunday!
I have just about come back down to earth after yesterdays Zumba event in Aberdeen!

To keep my spirits up, thought I would open Julys booking!
Three classes available - 11th, 18th and 25th!

Normal rules! Just book and pay for what you can attend!
