Karen earned this through consistent attendances at TIO, putting in the hard work week after week.

On top of that, she clocked up some impressive mileage while taking part in a charity challenge organised by her company Arken Creative, raising funds for Strathcarron Hospice....👏👏

**TIO Members Walk: Loch Leven Circular**

🍮 Start and Finish at Loch Leven Larder

Join us for a lochside walk around Loch Leven.

Start time: 9.00am
Meeting point: Loch Leven Larder

The Walk
Distance: Approx. 21km/13 miles
Terrain: Mostly flat, well maintained paths
Difficulty: Moderate (Mainly due to distance rather than hills)
Time: 3-5 hours depending on group pace, with stops.

The Reward

We'll finish back at the Loch Leven Larder, where you can refuel with coffee, cake or a well earned lunch.

This will be a great social walk which will also give added points in the TIO Fitness League!!

Get booked in and we'll see you all there.
