InCAS Swimming Club Inverkeithing Competitive Amateur Swimmers – where Fife’s swimmers find their stroke, their team, and their confidence.

From first lengths to race day, every swimmer belongs here. Our aim is to provide people of all ages and abilities an opportunity to continue their swimming journey progressing through to competitive swimming. Within our club, we have numerous swimmers currently competing both nationally and internationally and a national record holder. As a club we achieved Scottish Swimming’s Swimark title, attained only through the commitment of swimmers, parents, committee, coaches and any other volunteers.

Today we're taking a moment away from the pool to wish one of our own a very happy birthday. 🎂

Calum turns 41 today and whether he's poolside coaching, behind the scenes keeping this club running or doing both at once — he gives everything to InCAS and our swimmers are better for it.

She got on the blocks twice today at the Carnegie Spring Meet and she delivered twice. Personal bests in both events and a medal to show for each one.

A combined +78.98 seconds of personal bests across the squad today. That’s not a good day. That’s a great day.

Two competitions. Two pools. One club.
From the youngest novice league swimmers racing their hearts out this morning to the senior squad stepping up in the Fife Leagues this afternoon — today was InCAS at its absolute best.

Personal bests smashed. Battles won in the water that only the swimmer knows about. Races where grit counted for more than the clock. Relay teams pulling for each other when it mattered most.

Every single swimmer who got on the blocks today should be incredibly proud. Coaches are proud. The club is proud.
This is what we build for. This is what all those early mornings, late evenings and hard sessions are for.
