June has arrived and we are teetering on the brink of summer. The weather continues in its usual irascible fashion - whilst some of us are basking in the warmth of the sun, others are thinking about putting on another jumper!

If you’re a keen gardener there will be plenty to keep you happily occupied in the garden, and there might be a bit of plant sharing at class! As for any aches or twinges that might arise from getting a bit carried away in the garden, your FLexercise teacher is sure to deliver a class which will stretch, tone, mobilise and fill you with vitality!
