BTS of our team photoshoot yesterday 📸✨

So, so proud of these girls 🤍 The venue was something completely new and definitely pushed us out of our comfort zones but it honestly couldn’t have gone better!

We had the best time at such a fun venue, getting to be creative ✨ Photoshoots are such an empowering experience they’re amazing for confidence and seeing yourself in a whole new light 🫶

We can’t wait to see the final photos we already know they’re going to be incredible 📸🤍

I’m Sam, 26 years old, and I’ve been training since I was 19. In 2023, I began coaching women to help them create lasting change through patience, education, and sustainable habits.

Here’s a little more about me…
I started my own journey simply wanting to feel more confident and better within myself. When I was younger, I lacked confidence, felt stuck in negative cycles, and was both overweight and extremely unfit. But I was determined not to stay that way.

Fast forward to now, and I’m a completely different person. Transforming my lifestyle didn’t just change how I look it helped me find my voice, build real confidence, and prove to myself that I’m capable of more than I ever believed. What I achieved in the gym showed me that I could apply that same mindset to every other area of my life. And honestly, that will always mean more to me than any physical change.

My coaching philosophy is simple, no quick fixes, no extremes, and no “start again on Monday” mindset. Real progress comes from building healthy habits that fit your lifestyle, so you can stay consistent and committed long term 🤍

Every woman I work with is different, with her own goals, challenges, and abilities. That’s why my approach is personal and focused on helping you become stronger, more confident, and more mindful along the way.
