Dance X Treme Dance X Treme was established in 2003, providing dance classes for both children (aged 3+) and adult Dance X Treme classes run every Tuesday night at D.I.S.C.

Dance Studio. All classes cost £3.50 pp. Juniors (age 3-P1): 1800 - 1845

Intermediate 1s (P2-P5): 1845 - 1930

Intermediate 2s (P6-S1): 1930 - 2015

Seniors (S2+): 2015 - 2100

Hi ladies, Dance X Treme adult dance classes will start on Monday 24th August 2026 🎉

Class details:
🗓Monday 24th August - Monday 28th September.
⌚️8-9pm
📍Dance Studio, Douglas Sports Centre

We have 5/6 spaces available this block due to pregnancies, work patterns etc.

I hope you have all had a lovely time with family and friends over the festive period!

This is just a wee reminder that adult classes start back on Monday 12th January and Juniors-Seniors classes start back on Tuesday 13th January 2026.

See you all a week on Monday and Tuesday! 🖤
