My name is Martin Brady & I have over 30 years experience living & working in a fitness based environment. I would like to introduce you to my Personal Training & Lifestyle Coaching service to help you achieve your fitness & lifestyle goals. Services provided are as follows; -

Personalised Training & Lifestyle Programmes to help achieve your agreed goals. Including, but not limited to:
- Resista

nce training programmes (Using various proven methods)
- Running programmes (including tapering plans)
- Individual 1 on 1, 1 on 2 & small group sessions tailored to your needs. - Sessions can be held outdoors, in your own home or at my location depending on the activity.
- Nutritional advice, monitoring & information all based around my own Better EatingTemplate.
- Fitness & health checks.

- UrbanFit! An all inclusive service based around teambuilding suitable for your company's away day or family day, hen & stag parties or just a group of friends. Urban - E - Fit! A service providing training & exercise plans & routines along with nutritional information & personalised health & lifestyle advice via email, or private message on facebook along with 1on1 sessions coached via video call or other means.

- UrbanFit! An outdoor activity service for children's parties & events to cover everything from invites through to activities & catering.

- UrbanFit! Toddlercise
This service aims to not just keep mothers fit in the fresh air but encourage interaction between mother and baby and you don't even need child care! Please note to take part in this activity, all mothers must have had the all clear from their doctor at their 6/8 week check up. A full Lifestyle Questionnaire & Review will be carried out before commencement of any personal training training with some health & fitness checks. The Lifestyle Review includes:
Health & Lifestyle questionnaire
Pain & Injury assessment
Nutritional advice & information

I suppose it starts with having a dream.
And then chasing it. 🏃‍♂️💨

You chase after it like your life depends on it. Because in a sense, I guess it does.

It doesn’t matter what that dream looks like to anyone else.
The only thing that matters is that you want it from the deepest part of who you are, and you’re willing to chase after it with everything you’ve got.

For me, building UrbanFit started exactly like that—a deep-down desire to help people unlock their true potential.
And every day, I see that same spark in the people I train.

Chasing your ultimate fitness, lifestyle or wellness goal isn’t always pretty, but it is always worth it.

Here is what it actually takes to hunt down those big dreams:
🔥 Deep-Rooted Desire: It can’t be a half-hearted "it would be nice."

⚡ Relentless Action: Dreams don't work unless you do.
You have to show up on the days you feel like it, and more importantly, the days you don't.

🧱 Unshakeable Consistency: It’s not about one massive effort; it’s about the daily, quiet choices.
The extra rep or mike, the better meal.

🧠 Mental Grit: When your lungs are burning or your brain tells you to quit, you have to remember why you started in the first place.

Your dream might be crossing a 10k finish line, finally feeling strong and confident in your own skin, or completely reshaping your lifestyle.

Whatever it is, don't just wish for it.
