From last night’s (almost death) run and my STONKING playlist that I never once wanted to fast forward a track (amazing), to this morning’s beach walk with the girls and promotion of Tropic’s SPF!

Because as much as I love a wee tan, I don’t want to get skin cancer, look like a wrinkly prune, or burn and be sore for days 👍🏼… it’s not big, and it’s not clever! BUT with the selection we have I know my skin is going to stay healthy, be protected and I’ll still get a wee bit of colour that quite frankly my dear, makes me feel bloody good. 👌🏽☀️😍

Here to promote a little bit of fitness, (and the reality of lack of motivation!), great workout tunage to HELP with motivation, fabulous skincare, and embracing that new found mid 40’s body along with those as***le hormones. ‘mazin’ 🙄🤦🏻‍♀️😂

.. Discovering on this wee river cruise that you can do a little workout almost anywhere if you have space enough to move. Also, the confidence to do your ‘thaaaang’ whether there’s people about or not. Let them think what they like 🙄.

Yes I made sure there was nobody about when I started, but then a few people crept up… I started, so I’ll finish.. 👌🏼👏🏼

Kept it so simple; dynamic lunges, curtsy lunges (whatever you want to call them), squats, push ups, and a few leg extensions for my core. Currently sitting on the deck in the sun doing a wee stretch with the ship crew behind me ☺️

Oh and what about that view eh? 😍

W H A T I S IT ?

FREE class this Thursday 19th January, 6.15am at Gardyne Sports Centre just off Craigie Avenue. (Ask me for directions if you’re not sure)

I’d love to see some faces albeit sleepy ones! I’ll have the good tunes on so let’s get sweaty and ready for the day! 40mins max (I promise!)! Starting at 6.15am so please arrive a few minutes early.

I’m taking a class for anyone who’d like to come along for FREE at Gardyne Sports Centre. It’s a great facility! Loud music anyone? Yup!

To get there…
Head for the Gardyne College off Craigie Avenue/Strathern Rd, then take a left up to the car park. I’ll be in the sports centre from 6am anyway. Find your way to the main sports hall. (Contact me and I’ll give you directions!)

The class will be a special wee mash up, easy to follow, and of course energetic - get your heart pumping!

Ideally I’d like to know numbers so I can set up the night before so please privately message me, or comment below! 6.15am? Madness 😂🤦🏻‍♀️

I was trying to be all artistic yesterday (I’ve taken better photos but I still love it!).. the views were so lovely out of our low, little windows I couldn’t resist taking a few snaps.

Tropic comes everywhere with me. I love it. It’s great for my skin. It’s great for my mind. I simply love everything about the products and the company!
