In this drill, our members are attacking the freestanding cylinders with Kazami Zuki, developing the ability to:

🔵 Judge the distance
🔵 Find the target accurately
🔵 Commit to the attack
🔵 Recover and be ready to move again

It's the combination of movement + distance + timing + technique that turns a punch into an effective Kumite attack.

Through fun, structured and age-appropriate sessions, we’re helping young children develop the foundations that matter: movement, balance, coordination, confidence and a love of being active.

Our aim is simple: introduce positive movement experiences at an early age and help children build skills that extend far beyond karate.
