Our Player of the Week 20/05/26 is Ian.

Ian is 61 years young and has been playing for about 6 months. Having suffered a stroke in 2021 Ian spent a few months in the brain injury unit and has aphasia. He is very intelligent but sometimes struggles to get his words out. He worked for Tayside Police and Police Scotland for 30 years.
When interviewed Ian said the best part of walking football is the gorgeous woman that is the page admin (he had to as he is my husband😂).
He always looks forward to Wednesday night and loves the company and the characters. We are both incredibly grateful to the team for our warm welcome.
