Sometimes you don't have a great deal of time. I performed all on the cable machine to also cut down time- the below took around 30 mins. Cable Chest and Triceps workout below.

Cable chest press -
3 x sets of 10 reps

Costal Chest Press -
3 x sets of 10 reps
--------------
Mid - low Cable Fly Superset ( rest only after 1 set of each has been completed back to back)
3 x sets of 10 reps

Tricep Extension to Cross body extension
( rest only after 1 set of each has been completed back to back)
3 x sets of 10 reps
