Unbelievably proud as a coach and as friend to Tania and her journey, ive posted about her numerous times but this recent comparison pic will blow your mind. Tania has trained her whole life on and off, but started with me to get a better understanding of nutrition and some real training, structured in and out of the gym! She is an absolute machine and is always striving to be her best whilst being one of the busiest career driven females I know 💚

Deserves her own post, massive well done to my client & genuinly my wee pal Daisy on absolutely sweeping up on her competition at the weekend. Daisy came to me a wee nervous, shy, quiet girl who hadnt done any gym work before. She has exceeded all her own and my expectations and has grown week to week in her session and her confidence! Never underestimate the impact you can have on a young person or any person infact. Big people up, make them believe in themselves and they might just do exactly that. So so proud of you Dais and the amazing young girl you are and are becoming 💚 what its all about.

Life update….

around 16kg gone FOREVER.

Proud of my progress but hungry for so much more. This is not a quick fix by any means its been an absolute slog until the end of last year/start of this year where I became sick of being below average about myself and not being who I know I can be, too many socials, too many takeaways, too many “ill be better tomorrow”.

2026 will be remembered for the year I got myself into the best shape of my life, roll on summer and the next set of transformation pics. 💚

New Month Same Goals:

The 1st of February is finally here, January “doom & gloom” is over.

That doesnt mean all the things you started and changed positively this year stop. Keep going, your just getting started, keep your promises you made to yourself, stick to the healthy lifestyle change, stick to the learning a new hobbie, stick to everything you have set yourself up for!!

HYROX 📈 - It’s Go Time !

Stop judging your progress based on if you have a six pack or not 🤪

Something I myself am very bad for is comparing my progress to how good I would look on a Mens Health front cover, Although I am far from satisfied with where I am just now I am LOVING the journey to being the best version I can be. These 2 pics arent a great deal in weight apart, but I am a totally different person from this time last year.

I train 5 or 6 days a week instead of every other day, I eat good most the time instead of half the time, I enjoy times with friends and family instead of over doing it, I am fit and feel the fittest I have for a while, I am ENJOYING myself doing it.

Small wins lead to big wins. Keep going 💪🏻
