Small class for those who feel intimidated by big fitness classes. A chance to workout along side other supportive people of all shapes and sizes.

Fingers crossed the venue works out I will keep you posted.

If all goes ahead, I will be running a free taster class with the option to sign up on the night for 6 week block at a discount rate. £5 per class or £20 block of 6 if you sign up on the night. A saving of £10

How are you all!! Are you missing the fitness classes?
So am I to be honest, but focusing on my career at the moment building up more clients now I'm working for myself. Life is very busy but LOVE it.

Summer months are busier because people like to get their hair done before their holidays or toners/conditioning treatments when they get back.

Hi gang how are you all?

It's definitely getting into the brighter weather! I'd be up for arranging a taster Pound session.

Did you know you can pay a subscription to pound backstage get an app on your TV and do pound in your living room!!

This is not connected to me personally so I don't know how much the subscription is.

Not the same as "the label" - instructors catalog that I pay for to teach!! Which iv not done since November!! Life has been very busy now I'm hairdressing again.

How are we all?

I’m trying to workout a day I’m free to get these classes back on. I have been asked about 10 times and I really want to get things started soon.
Most of you know I’m self employed hairdresser and my goal this year is to boost clients and boost my social media. Possibly take on an apprentice (one day if I can afford it) this means I’m back at college so I have the right qualification/paper work to open more doors for me in the future.

I’m in the salon 3 days a week. Pamela.hair2003 and in education 3 days a week through in Perth. Plus I have my family that I want to spend time with, so bear with me while I figure this out.

It will be a night time class like last year and it will be outside to save the cost of hall hire. So the weather is a huge factor. If we have enough members I will definitely move indoors again tho

The class was so much fun last year so many great songs to workout too. I noticed a huge improvement in my cardio, mobility and energy I need that feeling back in my life.
