For those of you who’ve been following Vicki’s journey on my stories… here she is 👏✨

57kg lost (9 stone ) all done naturally 🫢 Vicki Symons

No quick fixes. No extremes. Just consistency, commitment, hard work and a real focus on building a stronger, healthier life.

Vicki strength trains 4–5 times a week, gets her cardio & steps done, keeps her protein high and has a huge vision for herself this year. We’ve set goals, we’ve got a plan, and she is absolutely on a mission.

She’s fully invested in the process, genuinely enjoys training, and more than anything, she loves how this version of herself feels. After spending so much of her life feeling out of shape, she’s now thriving on the energy, confidence and momentum that training gives her.

Has it all been perfect? Of course not. Vicki enjoys her social life too, and that’s exactly why I’m so impressed with what she’s achieved — we’ve built this around real life, not away from it. Social plans, weekends, drinks… and still showing up, still making progress, still staying consistent.

And that’s exactly why she’s one to watch 👀🔥
So much more to come from this girl and I can’t wait to show you.

Friendly reminder:
you cannot expect to build a stronger, shapelier physique while living on permanently low calories.

You must eat to grow girls!!

Kim’s progress didn’t come from eating less and less.
It came from training with intent, increasing food, prioritising protein, recovering properly and actually giving her body the fuel it needed to grow.

Because despite what diet culture loves to tell women…living off 1200 calories isn’t going to cut it.

Want more muscle /shape/tone/definiton then you need to stop being scared of eating enough calories & spend time out of a diet to build 🔨.

Kim’s growth is a glowing example of what extra calories can do for a physique.

What a day for these two incredible ladies.

Today was a celebration of the hard work, commitment and consistency they’ve shown over months and years.

The early mornings.
The tough sessions.
The days when motivation was low but they showed up anyway.

Moments like this are so special because it’s a chance to stop, look back and appreciate just how far they’ve come.

I couldn’t be prouder of them both for stepping out their comfort zones today .

I’d like to point out that although both of these ladies have lost a significant amount of weight, they’ve each spent a significant amount of time on higher calories, learning how to fuel themselves properly while continuing to build strength, shape and confidence.

That’s something I feel strongly about with my clients.

We don’t just focus on dieting. We focus on creating a strong, healthy body that can be maintained long term.

Weight loss is only one part of the journey. Learning how to fuel your body, maintain your results and continue progressing is where the real transformation happens.

I can’t wait to share the final edited photos with you all. 💜

What stands out most isn’t just the physique. It’s the confidence, presence, and energy that come through in every single shot.

Strong , glamorous & feminine all captured. And completely at ease in front of the camera 📸 😍.

Safe to say she absolutely owned this shoot & we had the best day with

One week today until her first photoshoot 📸

Looking at this comparison genuinely makes me smile.

When Sasha first started with me, the goal was never to become the leanest person in the room.

It was to feel healthier.
To feel stronger.
To feel more confident.

Fast forward to today and she’s become one of the strongest women in our gym.

The woman people notice lifting.
The woman people quietly watch and think, “I wish I looked like that .”

What makes me most proud as her coach is that this hasn’t come from a quick fix.

No fat burners.
No injections
No shortcuts.

Just consistency, patience and showing up even when life was busy.

Sasha has achieved all of this whilst working long 12-hour shifts as a nurse and raising her daughter Charlie .

The physical transformation is incredible, but the confidence, strength and self-belief she’s built along the way is the most impressive bit.

You are an absolute credit to yourself, Sasha ❤️

But because nobody has taught them what actually drives results.

We’re almost halfway through the year…

So let me ask you:

Are you still working towards the goals you set yourself in January?

Or have you convinced yourself you’ll start again on Monday?

A reminder that progress doesn’t come from starting over.

It comes from showing up.

💛 Drinking the water.

💛 Eating the protein.

💛 Going for the walk.

💛 Lifting the weight.

The basics still work.

The question is… are you doing them consistently?

You don’t need another plan.
You don’t need more motivation.
You don’t need to wait until Monday.

You just need to keep showing up.
