Fancy giving Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu a try? This is the perfect place to start!

12 weeks of structured training, 1 class per week, 1 hour per class — learning the fundamentals in a friendly, supportive environment.

Today’s focus was back control and attacks. From turtle and crucifix to the traditional back position, Jack shared a huge range of techniques, details, and concepts that everyone could take away and add to their game.
