Following the success of 6 weeks to strong we are offering the same bundle.
Your first week will see you in the gym 3 times to learn your programme.
Following that you train 3 times a week and one of those sessions will be coached.
This is the ideal way to learn how to train. You will learn structure, technique and gain strength along the way!
£250 all in.

We are looking for 5 people for our 6 weeks to strong programme.
The aim of this programme is to prepare you to sucessfully manage your own training. You'll learn movements, routines and how to keep progressing year on year.
The course includes 3 personal training sessions in your first week, and 1 per week thereafter. You'll recieve constant support from our coaches and make some real progress during the 6 weeks. All for £250.
This is an investment in yourself.
