Yung solution na nahanap ko, hindi about sa bonggang recipes.
Mas tungkol siya sa tamang gamit sa kusina — yung makakatulong para mas maraming nutrients yung pagkain, mas mabilis maluto, at hindi na kailangan ng sobrang mantika.

Maliit na pagbabago lang sa kusina, pero malaking difference para sa pamilya.
