I’m taking next week off to partake in the festivities and get ready for 2023

My diary is already filling up for January so don’t delay booking in

Start the year off strong by making a promise to yourself for positive change rather than unattainable resolutions that don’t mean s**t

Wise words from master Yoda but what exactly is he saying here?

Throughout life from a very young age, you become domesticated to the ideas and beliefs of those closest to you.

You lose your free thinking and openness to life and take on the thinking of others around you.

These beliefs about the world and yourself can either benefit or hinder you depending on what has been projected onto you.

It is possible to change all of this…

To break through…

To break free…

When going through spiritual growth in life it’s not so much a further phase of learning but the complete opposite.

An unlearning!!!

To unlearn everything that you thought to be true and start seeking answers to explain your limiting self-beliefs.

You must be brutally open to the truth and ready to accept the consequences whether good or bad.

No more burying your head in the sand…

No more running away…

No more distracting…

No more numbing…

No more ignoring…

Only the truth will set you free…

Todays gym soundtrack

Music is such an important part of life

The power of music can pull you through the hardest and most difficult periods of life

It can also make you happy and full of love when hearing your favourite songs

Upon waking try soundtracking your entire day as if it’s a movie and then see how different it is compared to doing it without music

You will be amazed at the difference and kick yourself for forgetting to get the music blasting upon waking

It’s one of the quickest and easiest fixes for your mental health

When you are next feeling “demoralized”reach for the volume k**b instead of for drugs and alcohol

If you always wake up feeling tired and unrested no matter how long you have slept it may be that you have a s**tty bedtime routine

Getting quality sleep is so important for many reasons including improved mood and cognitive function, improved heart health, regulated blood sugar, restored immune system, stress relief and maintaining a healthy weight

Putting a solid sleep routine into place can help you sleep better and wake up feeling energised and ready to tackle the day ahead

Try following this 10-3-2-1-0 routine along with going to sleep at the same time each night and see if you wake up feeling better

Yesterday was a huge and powerful day…

It’s not really possible to explain the emotions I was feeling even though I shared them with millions of people around the world

The 11 days leading up to the funeral were a very surreal time for me

So much reflection…

So much introspection…

So many memories being pulled out of nowhere…

Things I hadn’t thought about for 30 years were suddenly flooding out of me along with tears

There is an eternal bond you have with the monarch when you pledge your allegiance to them

I had not realised that even after leaving the military my bond with The Queen had stayed with me silently inside

An overwhelming feeling…

In many ways it felt like losing a close member of my own family

I expect it felt like this for many people

It also touched into the personal grief of losing my father last year

Grieving is a long and complex process

Just when you think you are at peace with it you realise you were mistaken and haven’t even begun…

Today we lost one of the most amazing women in all of history

It’s hard to comprehend the amount of service and dedication she gave to this country and the rest of the world during her 70 year reign

No matter what was going on in her life she always had time for others regardless

A true legend in all respects…

Thank you for all you did and the legacy you left behind

…and also thanks again for bringing me that cold glass of water when I was melting outside Windsor Castle that extremely hot day ❤️
